The woman is strong and full of energy. She wears a nice dress and looks at the stuff she holds in her right hand. It is a half of sword. And the other half is in her left hand. It seems that she use her power to split. The lines represent the sunshine leading people focus on her right foot, which is step on a helmet. The sun is behind the helmet, and makes the woman looks like a hero. Ribbons located at the outer part of the sculpture. Actually, this woman is the one who stops the war. She looks like goddess with olivine branch is on her head. There is no doubt that she worth respect from everyone. Just as Abraham Lincoln said ‘There is nothing good in war. Except its ending.’

There are four eagles hold a ribbon by their mouse, they spread their wings and work together to bring the Arsenal of Democracy towards to the blue sky. This is the symbol of win in the world war two. And the eagle symbolized people from different direction in the world come and work together. There is a hole at the top of the building. And that is the place where they are going to. The eagles will show everyone that they win the war and people can live under the peaceful blue sky again.
