Georgetown

      Georgetown is one of the famous places in D.C due to its long history. At this magic place, we can see lots of exquisite designed building. Some old houses which are covering by the trees, and the lights and shadows making them look like secret castles. The American flags are waving in the air. Residents wake around the block with their cute pets. Life is peace and full of happiness here. In the park, the olds take care of their grandson and chat with each other with big smile on their face.

      It seems there are more plants than residences in Georgetown. These plants provides fresh air and a place can let people take a rest under the shade of a tree in this hot city.

      The point which gives me the deepest impression is about the buildings Georgetown. I notice there is no modern building in this town. All of buildings look like full of history, although some of them actually not old and are used to sell modern brand stuff like Nike. This action let the town become an entirety.

      As for a city I live in, it is one of the cities that have longest history in my country. However, people destroy the old house and build taller and modern buildings. In my opinion, old stuff represents the history that our ancestors went over. In this case, these buildings should be protect in a good way instead of destroy it and let history only can be learned in the books.
